Q: You have listed a Ceramic White UK PSP with a firmware version of 1.50, aren't they 2.6?
A: Yes they are 2.6 when purchased but these systems have been bought brand new and have been downgraded.


Q: I see you have more than one listing for the same item, and do you have stock of each item or are you waiting for it to be delivered?
A: All items that are listed although the same are individual listings, i have stock of each item and do not have to wait for them to be delivered before shipping to you!


Q: When will my item be shipped?
A: Your item will be packaged the moment payment is received, and shipped the following morning using the Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery service. If payment is received on a Saturday the item will be shipped on the following Monday.


Q: When can i expect delivery of my item?
A: Please allow 5 working days for delivery from the date the item was shipped, you will need to be available to accept the item as it will require a signature.


Q: Can i collect my item?
A: I do not allow collection of any item unless otherwise specified on the listing.


Q: How will my Nintendo DS, Sony PSP or other electrical goods be packaged and shipped?
A: Any item that is fragile or of particular value will be packaged using boxes, bubble wrap and packing foam and will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which means the item will be insured against loss or damage upto the value of the paypal invoice.


Q: Can you ship the item i have won without recorded delivery?
A: Items are shipped recorded or special delivery, which are the only options available on my listings, this measure was put in place to protect you "the buyer" and myself "the seller", if an item is lost, damaged or stolen, items shipped using recorded delivery are covered for upto £30, and items shipped special delivery are covered for upto £500.


Q: Will this PSP game title work on my European system?
A: Yes, ALL game titles are compatible with PSP's from any region in the world, only UMD films are region coded.


Q: I have received my PSP and i cannot get Device Hook to work, can i return the PSP as it is obviously faulty?
A: Sorry, but, although i can help you to get some of the available homebrew applications to run, on your system, i do not support them, and i can not accept this as a viable reason for return, each system is tested with various homebrew applications before shipment, please refer to my Returns Policy for further information, or try looking on the internet for instructions on how to correctly configure your application.
