eBay PoliciesSelling Policy: All items are described to the best of my judgement and any description of the item will be as accurate as possible, where required i will describe some aspects of an item (say where there is damage, or a point of interest) with images. Please pay for your item within three days, if this is not possible please inform me by e-mail or through eBay messaging, so i can hold the item for you.
Delivery Policy: Item will be packaged on day of auction end, and will be shipped the day after receipt of payment, if auction closes on weekend the item will be shipped on the following Monday. Payment must be made before 18:30 GMT in order for your item to be shipped next day. Sorry for the inconvenience but my listings are not available for collection, unless otherwise stated on the listing, this is due to being messed about on several occasions, mainly non-payment or haggling and buyers not turning up, and for the fact that ebay aleady takes up 25 hours of my day. This may seem a bit harsh for people who live in surrounding areas, so i appologise in advance. Please allow 5 days for delivery, please also be patient on National and Bank holidays, as your parcel may be delayed, i will usually contact you ASAP if i am aware of any delay. If you are an international customer please allow 14 days for delivery, packages should arrive well before this but some have to travel great distances so take longer to arrive. If multiple items are purchased together i will endevour to reduce shipping costs, i usually reduce shipping on extra items by 50%, if feasable to do so, so long as the listings end within a reasonable time frame. Shipping will be reduced on the item that carries the least shipping cost as this will usually be the lightest item. Items will only be shipped to the address stated on the paypal invoice, this may be inconvenient in some cases but will also ensure that items that are shipped do not fall into the wrong hands. I do not under any circumstances ship to Nigeria, so dont even bid!!! Returns Policy: No returns are given for items that are as described/depicted. Refunds will not be given for items that are damaged during shipping, until the matter has been resolved through normal Royal Mail procedures. No refunds will be given for delivery and packaging costs as these are not covered by the insurance. Feedback Policy: When selling, feedback will be left for buyers after the buyer has left feedback on reciept of the item. Non payers will receive negative feedback, this will be as a last resort if all other actions (e-mail communication, ebay message) to resolve the issue fail.
